These Terms of Service govern the use of the Lowkey Style online store and the purchase of products through lowkeystyleshop.com.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy.

2. Products
Lowkey Style sells independent printed publications, magazines, stickers and other related products that may be offered through the online store from time to time.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices as accurately as possible.
Due to differences between screens, printing processes and physical products, colours and appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on the website.
Minor variations that do not affect the essential characteristics or intended use of a product will not constitute a defect.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.
Where applicable, prices include taxes in accordance with the tax rules applicable to the transaction.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before the customer confirms the order.
For international orders, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country where applicable.
Any such charges are outside our control unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.
4. Ordering Process

We reserve the right to limit quantities where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, resale abuse or obvious technical errors.
7. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal or other payment service providers made available through the store.
We do not necessarily receive or store full payment card information.
An order may be cancelled or placed on hold if payment is rejected, reversed or flagged for security verification.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is complete and accurate before placing the order.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, postal services, customs procedures, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact the customer to discuss the available options.
Where legally permitted, additional shipping costs arising solely from an incorrect address provided by the customer may be charged before reshipping the order.
10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If an order arrives damaged, defective or does not correspond to the item ordered, the customer should contact us as soon as possible at:

- A photograph of the shipping label where relevant.
The customer should keep the product and original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess the claim.
Where the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrect, we will provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law, which may include replacement or refund.
Damage caused after delivery by improper handling, misuse or intentional damage is not considered a product defect.
11. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Lowkey Style Magazine is a periodical publication.
Under applicable Spanish consumer law, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
Therefore, unless otherwise required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or cancellations solely because the customer has changed their mind after purchasing a magazine.
This does not affect the customer's legal rights regarding defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products.

Spanish consumer law expressly includes newspapers, periodicals and magazines among the exceptions to the normal withdrawal right, except subscriptions. Shopify also notes that EU withdrawal rules can contain product-specific exceptions.
12. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to cancel an order if it has not yet entered the preparation or shipping process.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, subject always to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
13. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions, including:

- Minimum purchase requirements.

Some photographs, trademarks, logos or other material appearing in the magazine or website may belong to third parties and remain the property of their respective owners.
Purchasing a magazine or other product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the customer.

Customers and website users must not:
