Returns and Refunds Policy

Lowkey Style Magazine is a periodical publication. Under applicable Spanish consumer law, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or cancellations due to a change of mind once an order has been placed, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lowkeystyleshop.com and include your order number, clear photographs of the item, the outer packaging and the shipping label.

Please keep the item and all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess the issue. If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

We do not offer refunds for damage caused after delivery, misuse, improper handling or intentional damage.

Shipping issues

If your order has not arrived or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us at hello@lowkeystyleshop.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Approved refunds will be issued, whenever possible, to the original payment method.
